Grass Master Tacoma Hydroseeding
A little bit about our products and services...

We have two basic mixes, a sun/shade mix and an
all-sun mix.  The sun/shade mix is 70% perennial
ryes of which there are 3 varieties, and 30% fine
fescue, of which there are 2 varieties.  The all-sun
mix is 100% perennial ryes, of which there are 3
varieties.  Both mixes include a tacifier (a gluing
substance that holds everything together), 2
fertilizers--one is a starter, the other a slow release,
and a wood-fiber mulch.
We also have seed mixes available for horse
pastures, wildflowers, meadow mix and llama
pastures.  If you would like more information about
the seed varieties in these mixes, please email us at
sales@grassmastertacoma.com or use our response
section on the Contact Us page.
Other Products:

We also have a bonded fiber matrix, which is for soil
stabilization on steep slopes. It is guaranteed to be
effective against erosion even in harsh weather.  Call
or email us for more details and price.
Some Extra Info
For acreage, we need to actually look at the site &
measure it.  Price for acreage is determined by
proximity and access to water.

We also do
Free estimates if you are not sure how or do
not have the right equipment to measure your yard.

Some soil preparation tips:
1.You need 4-6 inches as a base
2.It is important to get your area hydroseeded ASAP
after laying topsoil. Otherwise it may compact and the
seed won't grip as well.

Fertilizer should be applied every
30 days during the growing
seasons during the 1st year, and a
winterizer can be applied in
December.

Also, it is very popular to put in a
lawn in the summer, from May to
September.  But, it's important to
remember that a new lawn must be
watered 5-6 times a day in months
when there is no rain and the
temperatures are over 70 degrees.
